Why isn’t my NFC tap working?
If NFC isn’t responding: ensure NFC is enabled in Settings, remove any obstructing phone case, hold the card steady near the antenna, and test on another device.
QR code won’t scan
If a QR code won’t scan, clean the surface, increase your camera’s brightness, ensure you’re steady, or reprint at higher resolution.
Link not updating on tap
Clear your browser cache, refresh the page, and try again. Dashboard changes propagate instantly but may be cached locally.
How to logout of the dashboard
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Logout” to end your session securely.
How to clean your standee
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or water—acrylic and wood are sensitive to moisture.
Caring for PVC cards
Do not bend or scratch. Store in a sleeve when not in use to prevent damage and fingerprint smudges.
Can my card get wet?
PVC can handle minor splashes, but prolonged exposure to water may damage the chip—keep it dry.
Avoiding extreme heat/cold
Store your TinyDabba products between 0–40 °C. Extreme temperatures can degrade materials or chip performance.
How to enable two-factor authentication
In dashboard → Security, enable 2FA. You’ll need your phone to approve logins for extra protection.
Delete my account
Email info@tinydabba.com with a request. We’ll remove your data within 48 hours—subject to verification.
Recover deleted cards
Contact support ASAP. If within 7 days, we can restore the configuration; after that, data may be permanently lost.
Does it work offline?
Yes—NFC works offline, but web-based profiles or menus require internet to load after tap.
How to report a bug?
Email support@tinydabba.com with details and screenshots. We triage and fix issues within 48 hrs.
How Many Links per Card?
Each TinyDabba NFC chip can store unlimited URL changes; there is no per-link limit.
Which Phones Support NFC?
Most modern Android phones and iPhone 7 and newer support NFC. Older models may not have NFC hardware.
Can I Reuse Cards?
Yes—cards are reusable. Just update the link in your dashboard whenever you need a new action.
API v2 Deprecation
Legacy API v1 will retire on Sep 1 2025. Please migrate to v2 following our migration guide.

What is Headless Mode?
Use our API in headless setups—decouple front-end from dashboard for full developer control.
Does the Frame Play Music Itself?
No. It uses your Spotify app to play the track. Scan the code with your phone—then sit back and listen.
QR Code Options for Visiting Cards
Option 1: Link to your website (no “save contact” feature).
Option 2: TinyDabba smart profile with “Save Contact” button—recommended.
Which Option Should I Choose?
If you want users to save your contact directly, choose our smart profile (Option 2). Otherwise, simple website QR (Option 1) works too.
What Materials Are Available?
We offer standees in acrylic, frosted, or wooden finishes. Cards come in standard PVC—durable and scratch-resistant.
Can I Pick Multiple Colors?
Yes. Both standees and cards come in a variety of colors—select when ordering or specify in your custom request.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
• Standard: 5–7 business days.
• Express: 2–3 business days.
We ship within 1–2 days of your order.
What If My Package Is Delayed?
Contact us—if it’s beyond the estimated window, we’ll open a ticket with the courier and keep you posted.
Can I Change Address After Ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update your address—message us ASAP on WhatsApp or email.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Return unused items within 7 days for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless due to our error.

Send photos/videos via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund upon verification.
Can I Exchange My Item?
We currently process refunds, not direct exchanges. You can refund and reorder for a different variant.
