Change my profile URL or point a card to another profile
The profile URL is tied to the physical card and cannot be changed. You can create a new profile and point the card to it any time.
Each card has a fixed address that is printed into its QR. That address cannot change.
What you can change is which profile the card opens.
- Open My cards.
- Create a new profile, or edit the existing one.
- Choose which profile the card points to and save.
One card points to one profile at a time. You can switch it whenever you like, for example when a card passes from one employee to another.
