- articleWhen do I get my design preview, and how do I approve it?The preview usually comes the day before your Amazon pickup, or 1 to 2 days after a tinydabba.com order. Approve it or ask for a change within 24 hours.
- articleNobody asked for my logo. How do I send it for an Amazon order?Details come from Amazon's form. If it had no upload, send the logo via an enquiry with your Amazon order number before the preview is made.
- articleI chose the Minimal variant. Can you add my logo?The Minimal variant prints the name only. Logo and extra details need a higher variant on Amazon. We cannot take extra payment outside Amazon.
- articleArtwork guide: files, logos, QR codes and coloursSend a high-resolution transparent PNG, type your text, and send a plain single-colour QR. Screen colours can differ slightly from print.
- articleMetal cards: can you print in colour?No. Metal cards are laser-engraved in a single tone, for example white on black. Colour printing is available on PVC cards.
- articleMy card was printed wrongSend your order number and a photo of the printed card within 48 hours of delivery. If the mistake is ours, we reprint and ship free.
- articleCan you remove the white patch on the back of the card?No. The white area near the QR code is the NFC chip. It stays unless you order a card without NFC.
