Card ID, Google sign-in and first setup
- articleActivate your card or standeeOpen tinydabba.com/qr, sign in with Google, verify your mobile, type the Card ID printed below the QR code, add your link. Done in about 30 seconds.
- articleWhere is my Card ID?The Card ID is printed just below the QR code on every card and standee. It has 6 letters and numbers, for example QB4098.
- articleIt says my Card ID is invalidCheck 0 against O and 1 against I, and remove spaces. Capitals or small letters do not matter. Still failing? Send us a photo of the back.
- articleIt says the card is already activatedThe card was activated before, maybe with another number or email, or on our older site. Send us the Card ID and we will find the account or reset the card.
- articleDo I need a Google account to activate?Yes. Sign-in uses a Google account plus your mobile number. Any Gmail works, and your business email can still be shown on your profile.
- articleBought on Amazon? What to do after deliveryReady-made cards: activate them yourself at tinydabba.com/qr after delivery. Only custom-printed orders get a design to approve before shipping.
- articleSet up many cards with one accountEvery card has its own Card ID and QR. One account can hold unlimited cards, so use one Gmail and one number for all of them.
- articleMy card is not showing in my dashboardYou are probably signed in with a different number or Gmail than the one used to activate. Send us the Card ID and we will tell you which login holds it.
- articleCards from the old portal or SuperNFCOlder tinydabba cards live on portal.tinydabba.com and SuperNFC cards on supernfc.com. Current cards use tinydabba.com. Not sure? Send us the Card ID.
