- articleHow long does delivery take?Standard items ship in 1 to 2 working days, custom-printed in 2 to 4. Delivery after that is 3 to 5 days in metros, 5 to 7 elsewhere, 7 to 10 for remote PIN codes.
- articleCan I get my order faster?Standard orders go by normal courier. Express shipping can be arranged for bulk orders if you ask before dispatch. Amazon sets its own delivery dates.
- articleI gave the wrong address or want to change itBefore dispatch we can change it. Send the full new address with PIN code and phone number. After dispatch it depends on the courier.
- articleParcel damaged or something missingRefuse a damaged parcel at the door if you can. Otherwise send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We ship the missing or damaged item again, free.
- articleCan I pick up my order from your office?Not for Amazon orders. For direct orders in Gurgaon, ask before you order and we will confirm a pickup time.
- articleWhere do you ship? Is shipping free?We ship across India only, and shipping is free on all tinydabba.com orders. The checkout shows the delivery estimate for your PIN code.
