• articleWhere do my enquiry form leads go?Leads from your card's enquiry form appear in Smart CRM in your dashboard at tinydabba.com/smart-crm.
• articleUpdate the menu on my menu standeeOpen the menu standee in your dashboard and upload the menu as a PDF. Images are not accepted.
• articleCan I see who tapped or scanned my card?No. Your dashboard shows the total number of taps and scans. We do not collect who tapped, for privacy.
• articleChange my profile URL or point a card to another profileThe profile URL is tied to the physical card and cannot be changed. You can create a new profile and point the card to it any time.
• articleHow many emails and numbers fit on my business card?Your profile accepts several numbers and emails. When someone saves your contact, their phone decides how many it keeps, usually one or two numbers.
