Where is my Card ID?

Turn your card or standee over and look just below the QR code. The short code printed there is your Card ID.

• It is 6 letters and numbers, for example QB4098 or 4hkwx3.
• Capitals and small letters both work. Type it as you see it.
• The box on the activation page shows an ID starting with QA. That is only an example. Type your own ID.

Blank NFC cards have no Card ID. They are set up differently. See What is a blank NFC card.
