- articleHow does a review card or standee work?A tap or scan opens your tinydabba link, which forwards to your Google review page. No app, and the chip is never rewritten.
- articleDoes it work on all phones? Do customers need an app?Tap works on iPhone 7 and newer and on Android phones with NFC. Every other phone scans the QR code. No app is needed.
- articleWhat is included, and what costs extra?Every pre-configured product includes a free lifetime dashboard and unlimited link changes. There is no subscription. Stands for cards are sold separately.
- articleWhat can be customised on each product?PVC cards: name, numbers and logo in colour. Metal: engraved in one tone. Standees: your logo and colours. Custom Design card: your full artwork.
- articleAmazon or tinydabba.com: where should I buy?Both are our own listings. tinydabba.com gives free shipping, automatic bulk discounts and a GST invoice. Amazon gives Prime delivery and Amazon returns.
- articleBulk orders and corporate brandingDiscounts apply automatically at checkout, with no minimum order. For your own logo on 10 or more pieces, send one enquiry with product, quantity and design.
- articleCan I try one card first, or demo it to a client?Yes. Order one piece, activate it on your own account, and transfer or free it later. An Amazon order can be returned under Amazon's policy.
- articleDo you have a reseller, dealer or white-label programme?No. Everyone gets the same automatic pricing. Products are meant for the business that uses them. For your own brand, use the Custom Design NFC card.
- articleWhat can each card type open?A review card opens only your Google review page. A social card opens that one platform. An All-in-one shows several links on one page.
- articleHow fast will I get it, and do you ship to my city?We ship across India only. Standard items leave in 1 to 2 working days, then 3 to 5 days to metro cities and 5 to 10 days elsewhere.
- articleAmazon reviews say the NFC does not work. Is that true?NFC needs a phone with NFC switched on. Other phones scan the QR. Every unit is tested before dispatch, and a sample can be returned via Amazon.
