It says my Card ID is invalid
Check 0 against O and 1 against I, and remove spaces. Capitals or small letters do not matter. Still failing? Send us a photo of the back.
An invalid ID message almost always comes from one wrong character. Try these checks.
- Look at the code below the QR again. Is it a zero (0) or the letter O? A one (1) or the letter I?
- Remove any spaces before or after the code.
- Type it again slowly. Capitals and small letters both work, so case is not the problem.
- Make sure you are on tinydabba.com/qr, not an older site.
If it still says invalid, the card may belong to a different product line or may have a printing fault. Raise an enquiry below and attach a clear photo of the back of the card. We will read the ID and check it for you.
