Amazon reviews say the NFC does not work. Is that true?
NFC needs a phone with NFC switched on. Other phones scan the QR. Every unit is tested before dispatch, and a sample can be returned via Amazon.
Most "NFC not working" reports come from the phone, not the chip:
- The phone has no NFC. Some budget Android phones do not. The QR code works on those.
- NFC is switched off in Android settings.
- A thick or metal phone cover is in the way.
- The card was not activated yet, so neither tap nor scan had a link to open.
Every card and standee is tested and working before it is dispatched. The chips are standard NFC tags; stickers and PVC cards use NTAG213, read by any NFC phone at touch distance.
If a unit is defective on arrival, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free. If you want to try before a bigger order, buy one piece first; an Amazon order can be returned under Amazon's policy.
