My card opens the review page but reviews are not showing

If a tap or scan opens your Google review page, the card is doing its job. What happens after that is controlled by Google.

• Google checks every review and may hold or remove some of them.
• New reviews can take a few hours to appear.
• Reviews from the same phone or network as the business are often filtered.

For missing reviews, contact Google Business Profile support from business.google.com.
