I gave the wrong address or want to change it

1. Raise an enquiry below with your order number and the complete new address, including PIN code and a phone number.
2. If the order has not shipped, we update it and confirm.
3. If it has already shipped, we ask the courier. Changes are not always possible at that stage.

A parcel that comes back to us because of a wrong address is re-shipped at your cost, so please check the address at checkout.
