I changed my phone number. How do I move my cards?

Old number still active

1. Sign in at tinydabba.com and open My cards.
2. Open the card and tap Transfer.
3. Enter the new number. An OTP goes to both numbers.
4. Repeat for each card.

Old number closed

1. Open an enquiry and choose Account.
2. Give the Card ID, a photo of the card, and your invoice if you have it.
3. A named person on our team checks that the card is yours. They may call you.
4. The card is released so you can activate it on the new number. This takes about 2 working days.

Ownership changes are never done automatically. That protects your card from being taken over by someone else.
