OTP not received
Check the number, wait a minute, then tap Resend. In India the OTP comes by SMS and WhatsApp; outside India by WhatsApp only.
- Check the number you typed, including the country code.
- Wait 60 seconds. Networks sometimes delay SMS.
- Tap Resend OTP. Check both your SMS inbox and WhatsApp.
- Outside India, the OTP comes on WhatsApp only, so the number must be on WhatsApp.
- If your phone blocks promotional SMS, check the spam or blocked folder.
- Try again after a few minutes, or on another network connection.
