What data do you store, and can I see who tapped my card?
We store your profile and total tap and scan counts only. We do not record who tapped your card, so there is nothing to show about visitors.
About you: your login email, mobile number, the details you put on your profile, and your orders.
About your card: the link it opens and the total number of taps and scans. No name, number, device or location of the people who tap is stored. That is why the dashboard cannot show who visited.
Enquiry-form leads are different: when a visitor fills your card's enquiry form on purpose, their details go to your Smart CRM.
