Nobody asked for my logo. How do I send it for an Amazon order?
Details come from Amazon's form. If it had no upload, send the logo via an enquiry with your Amazon order number before the preview is made.
For a custom product on Amazon, we print what you entered in Amazon's customisation form. Nobody calls you; the process runs on Amazon's schedule.
If the form had no option to upload a logo:
- Open an enquiry here and choose My order or design.
- Paste your Amazon order number.
- Attach the logo as a transparent, high-resolution PNG.
- Type any text exactly as it should appear.
Send this as soon as possible, before the preview is made. A logo or a QR code can be added this way. A different layout or format is not possible on an Amazon order; for your own full artwork, order the Custom Design NFC card on tinydabba.com.
