Is there a warranty on the card or the NFC chip?
Every card is tested before dispatch. If it is defective on arrival, we replace it free when you report it within 48 hours. There is no warranty after that.
Defective on arrival: report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace it free or refund in full.
After that: there is no warranty on the card or the chip. A card is a printed product. The chip inside can be damaged by bending, pressure, cutting or strong magnets, and that damage is not covered.
Before assuming the chip is dead: most cards that "stop working" only need a setting or a setup change. Check that the card is activated, that NFC is on, that the phone cover is off, and try another phone with NFC. If the QR still opens your page, the card itself is fine.
If a card fails later and you want it checked, open an enquiry with the Card ID and a photo. We look at the setup on our side first, and advise.
